I don’t drink too much wine but am looking to start since I heard red wine is good for the heart. Are there any good brands at Trader Joes? If so, what are they and how much does it cost relatively?
I don’t like wine of any kind but I want to protect my heart. Why doesn’t red grape juice have the heart healthy sign on the bottle like the regular grape juice? I would think that red grape juice would be healthier for the heart than the regular since red wine is recommended for the heart.
I know a glass of red wine is good for heart. But it has some alcohol in it. Is there anything available like a glass of red wine a day – but not wine – which will still have all the goodness of red wine? Sorry beer drinkers…
I have been strictly going to the gym and eating very healthy to gain about 15 pounds of muscle (I want to gain weight). I know that drinking a bit of red wine every night is good for health, especially my heart. But how does it affect my work out and muscles? I assume alcohol is bad for someone who wants to gain muscle/mass?
Please refrain from answers involving one’s intoxication. Does drinking a good quality wine make one breathe better? Does a "good red wine" benefit the heart?

I’m writing a research paper on food. I am free to choose whatever topic, as long as it’s about food.
I’ve thought of some topics, but i’m not sure if i’m interested enough in them to write a ten-page paper.
-the french paradox (how the french eat all kinds of fatty foods and still they are free from the heart illnesses that many americans have)
-the relationship between historical events and food trends
-the psychological factors involved in eating
-relationship between culture and health (example: the american diet = obesity and diseases)
give me some ideas! thanks!! ![]()
I was wondering if Lambrusco was a healthy red wine to drink. "They" say if you drink a glass of red wine a night it will help your heart. Is this wine too sweet to be considered red wine? Does it pass as red wine?

I was reading an article online that said resveratrol was the chemical in red wine that kept your heart healthy. I’m looking on the internet for pills of it, but I would like to know how much is typical in a bottle of red wine to understand which supplements are providing a significant amount.

My doctor suggested that I drink two glasses of wine everyday, one in the morning and one at night, for my hearts health. Which is the best red wine for my heart. Price is not a worry.
