this one is a screwcap bottle of red wine, fiddleback shiraz 2003 from victoria wine of australia, 13.5% vol.
and there is this VERMOUTH martini rosso from martini& rossi, italy, 16% vol.,
both bottles are screwcap and have been opened for almost two years now.

I have this great recipie for beef stew and it calls for 1/2 cup of red wine. I’m concerned about that. I don’t want my kids tipsy from the soup! lol. I’m just learning to cook great meals but I’m willing to skip this recipie if that’s not a good look for my children. (they are 12 & 4 if that matters).

I recall that they drank wine at the last supper, most priests – Catholic & Lutheran – include wine in the Mass, and of course, medical studies conclude that red wine is favorable in combating high cholesterol. Does that also mean that it aids in our digestion?

I have a recipe for salmon that envolves red wine vinegar, soy sauce & a few other things. it says to grill the salmon while basting it with the red wine mix, but I want to marinade it for at least an hour instead, and then grill it. or will it taste funny if i let the salmon soak up the red wine & soy sauce fo too long?
thanks in advance!*

I have a white wine picked out cause I love white wine. But I don’t know ANYTHING about red wines & which ones taste good. Please help. :)

I could use the advice of a medical expert about a vitamin regiment I am considering.

1.1000mg Glucosamine/800mg Chronditin: Joint Health
2.500mg Acetyl-L-Carnite: Heart Health & Anti-Oxidant Effect
3.1000mg HMB: Strength
4.250mg Biotivia Resveratrol: Energy & Other Health Benefits
5.100mg Coenzyme- Q10: Antioxidant
6.500mg Quercitin: Energy & Allergies
7.1500mg D-Ribose: Energy

Is this vitamin regiment reasonable for someone in their 20’s, in excellent physical health, and otherwise very healthy? For a person who exercises 6 days per week and eats a nutritious diet (high fiber, high vegetable, lean protein, lot of water)

Do any of the supplements contradict one another? Also, do you have any recommendations on any vitamins that should be added or removed? If so, what scientific evidence do you have to support your claim?

Thanks!

I saw him in FEB. of 2005. He said I had non-Hodgskins Lymphomoa and stage 4 stomac

cancer . He did not think I had any hope of living.

I had huge tumor in my stomac.

My last name is Strong.

Could you write him and tell him that I am alive .

That this must be a miracle.

I am just scared out of my mind.

It has been 5 years .

If resveratrol saved my life then it is a miracle drug.

He said that the chemo for lymphomia had done nothing.

He said it was hopeless .

I am scared out of my mind all the time.

He said that nothing could save me.

I do not know what to do.

This is a matter of life and death.

I hate to even think about it.

Do you understand?

I had no idea that nobody would help me.

I do not understand it.

This is a miracle.

Yet they act like I had the flu.

It is just all insane.

I have not seen a doctor in 5 years.

All I know is that I am alive and healthy.

Something must have happened .

I looked like a human skeleton.

Sometimes I just shake all over when I think

about it.

I am a nervous wreck.

Too good to be true?
Seems pretty legit to me. This supplement seems to have the ability to increase healthy life span and prevent cancer and major diseases. I hope good things come out of this. Every so often through the works of science we discover things that improve and drastically change the ways we live our lives. I was just curious to how everyone felt about this.

I saw resveratrol featured on 60 Minutes & I’ve noticed a lot of links for it online recently. Supposedly it has resveratrol in it which comes from red wine & is supposed to help with anti-aging.

This is genetic inherited pancreatic cancer.

Will new parp inhibitors help ?

Resveratrol also increases the expression of

BRAC tumor killer genes.

Cancer caused by inhibition of these genes by mutation.

These 2 BRAC genes kill tumors.

Resveratrol is a high potency, all-natural supplement that provides high levels of one of the most powerful naturally occurring anti-oxidants. It is commonly found in Red Wine and is well-known as a principal part of the healthy Mediterranean diet. ResV naturally concentrates the goodness of wine’s most beneficial molecule without having to consume a single drop of alcohol

If there is no hope for you from the doctors chemo .

It saved my life.

That is all I know.

Chemo had done nothing.

Lots of recent reports would have it that regularly drinking red wine spiffs up your health, because of the "resveratrol" in them. After being a teetotaller for many years, I took up slurping red wines (primarily the fairly decent plonks Carlo Rossi Paisano and Chianti). I’ve been doing up large glasses of wine four times a week, each about 8 ounces. This is apparently enough for health benefits, plus people have been shown in studies to think better after moderate amounts of alcohol (with emphasis on "moderate", which obviously precludes lurching bouts of sheer drunkenness).

But one does worry about little alcohol soldiers marching about and slaughtering brain cells if one should, say, occasionally laugh gleefully and down not one, but two in a row of those extra-sized McGlasses of plonk. Is there any basis for worrying like an old lady about it?

i bought a house 1 yr ago, property has muscadine vines ,they were let go, not pruned&shaped up, i would like to know when to prune &how to shape it up so it will produce muscadines.any info will be greatful, thanks

Have made a red wine & beef stew in the slow cooker for tomorrow. I think it tastes gorgeous but my son is complaining that it tastes too much of wine. Is there anything I can do or add to make it taste less of wine?

Thank you.
