Need help regarding the South Beach Diet (the carbohydrate-free based diet).?
Can I use Sensa while on the SBD even though it contains maltodextrin? What about my Reservatrol which is made up primarily of red wine extract?

From what I read it’s will not affect South Beach diet. I dont know about whether Sensa works all the time. From what I read (below) it can work one month and not the next.
You can lose weight if you tried right way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight easy using this diet way.
