Since there are NO clinically proven benefits of resveratrol, the answer to your question has to be there are no life changes. Any possible benefits are speculative and unproven. Quacks like Dr Oz should not be promoting it, and he has a conflict of interest as he sells his own version of it.

Well, it is a fantastic antioxidant that is also good for cardiovascular health, but that’s about it. After all, Resveratrol is Resveratrol no matter which company sells it as long as that company is legit and has good quality.
